ایران هرب چیه؟

سوالی که از ما پرسیده میشه! ایران هرب به عنوان یکی از تامین کننده های گیاهان دارویی و ادویه ای با سابقه ۲۲ ساله در این حوزه فعالیت داشته که اولین سایت تخصصی فروش گیاهان دارویی، مواد اولیه گیاهی و فرآورده های گیاهی را از سال ۱۴۰۱ آغاز کرد. هدف از این سایت ایجاد بستری مناسب برای تامین نیازهای مردم و متخصصین در این حوزه با بالاترین کیفیت و بهترین قیمت بود. سیاست اصلی ایران هرب حذف واسطه و رساندن محصول از کشاورز به مشتری با کمترین سود بوده و همیشه بر این اصل استوار است.
در این بخش به تعدادی از سوالات متداول مشتریان پرداخته شده است:

بله، ما تضمین می‌کنیم که تمام اسانس‌های ما 100% خالص و بدون مواد افزودنی مصنوعی هستند. فرآیندهای استخراج اسانس‌ها به گونه‌ای طراحی شده‌اند که بالاترین کیفیت ممکن حفظ شود.

  • رقیق‌سازی: قبل از استفاده موضعی، اسانس‌ها را با روغن حامل مانند روغن جوجوبا، بادام یا نارگیل رقیق کنید تا از تحریک یا حساسیت پوست جلوگیری شود.
  • تست حساسیت: همیشه قبل از استفاده از اسانس روی پوست، آن را روی بخش کوچکی از پوست تست کنید تا مطمئن شوید به آن حساسیت ندارید.
  • عدم استفاده در دوران بارداری و شیردهی: برخی اسانس‌ها ممکن است برای خانم‌های باردار یا شیرده مناسب نباشند. قبل از مصرف حتماً با پزشک مشورت کنید.
  • دور از دسترس کودکان: اسانس‌ها غلیظ و قوی هستند، بنابراین آن‌ها را دور از دسترس کودکان نگه دارید و بدون مشورت با پزشک روی کودکان استفاده نکنید.
  • عدم تماس با چشم و نواحی حساس: از تماس اسانس‌ها با چشم‌ها، دهان و نواحی حساس بدن خودداری کنید.
  • حساسیت به نور: برخی اسانس‌ها مانند مرکبات (لیمو، پرتقال، برگاموت) ممکن است حساسیت به نور خورشید ایجاد کنند. پس از استفاده از آن‌ها، تا 12 ساعت از قرار گرفتن در معرض آفتاب خودداری کنید.

همیشه قبل از استفاده از اسانس‌ها، دستورالعمل و راهنمایی‌های متخصصین را مطالعه کنید.

اسانس‌های طبیعی به روش‌های مختلفی قابل استفاده هستند:

  • آروماتراپی: چند قطره اسانس را در دستگاه بخور یا دیفیوزر بریزید تا عطر آن در فضا پخش شود و اثرات آرامش‌بخش یا انرژی‌بخش آن را تجربه کنید.
  • ماساژ: اسانس را با روغن حامل (مانند روغن جوجوبا یا بادام) مخلوط کرده و برای ماساژ استفاده کنید. این روش به تسکین عضلات و بهبود گردش خون کمک می‌کند.
  • استفاده موضعی: برای مشکلات پوستی، چند قطره از اسانس را با روغن حامل ترکیب کرده و مستقیماً روی پوست بمالید.
  • حمام: چند قطره اسانس به آب گرم وان اضافه کنید تا از خواص آرامش‌بخش و پاک‌کننده آن بهره‌مند شوید.

همیشه قبل از استفاده موضعی از اسانس‌ها، تست حساسیت روی یک ناحیه کوچک از پوست انجام دهید.

محصولات و سفارشات ثبت شده در ایران هرب توسط شرکت پست، باربری و یا تیپاکس به سراسر کشور ارسال می شود.

هزینه ارسال بستگی به وزن کل سفارش سبد خرید داشته که در صورتی که وزن مجموع سفارشات شما زیر ۵ کیلوگرم باشد، سفارش شما توسط پست و به تعرفه پست پیشتاز ارسال می شود ولی اگر وزن مجموع سفارش بیشتر از ۵ کیلوگرم باشد، سفارش شما بصورت پس کرایه و توسط باربری ارسال می شود.

 

امکان ارسال محصول توسط پیک یا اسنپ باکس  فقط در شهر تهران  وجود دارد که شامل سفارش های زیر ۵ کیلوگرم می باشد. که باید قبل از ثبت سفارش با واحد پشتیبانی هماهنگ کرده و سپس نسبت به قطعی کردن سفارش اقدام کنید.

خیر، برای خرید از سایت نیازی به عضو شدن نمی باشد، در مرحله تسویه حساب می بایستی اطلاعات تماس و پستی خود را به درستی وارد کنید. اما قابل ذکر است که با عضویت در سایت می توانید سوابق خرید خود و همچنین آدرس خود را ثبت کنید.

 

همه سفارش‌ ها پس از طی مراحل پردازش، حداکثر ۲۴ ساعت بعد از ثبت سفارش و طی اولین روز کاری  تحویل واحد پستی می‏ شوند.

 

خیر، به منظور تسریع فرایند پردازش و ارسال سفارش و نیز کاهش امکان بروز خطا در ثبت سفارش، مشتریان محترم ‏باید سفارش خود را اینترنتی و یا واتساپ به شماره ۰۹۳۶۷۸۶۸۲۰۶ ثبت کنند.
